"I Had asked Matt Schenck to get me a quote for car insurance. By the next day he had me a quote for car, life, and property insurance. My last car insurance had went from around $100 to $182 in the time I Had it. Matt was able to get me a quote for all 3 and still lower than what Root offered me for just car insurance. "I was in tears because of how I was treated by progressive insurance. When I talk to Lexi she was so kind and knowledgeable. She set me up with a new policy and even reminded me to cancel my policy with progressive. I was in Human Resources for 15 years. I use to train employees on how to provide good customer service. She provided with the best customer service I have ever had. I went from crying to smiling by the end of the call. "First off, I want to say I absolutely HATE shopping for car insurance. I have dealt with so many companies who try to get you in and out without caring what you're actually wanting. This is the first time I have EVER felt comfortable with an insurance company. Lexy was absolutely amazing and listened to me to help me get exactly what I needed. She was so friendly and kind!
